All technical support is provided free via email to Registered Users of our software during the term of their license.

Registered users of Newbridge Press software may be requested to upload a “Diagnostic File” created by the software in order for our Technical Support Team to analyze the problem.  Fixes to software is either downloaded from the Internet or emailed to the Registered User.
